Proposal Submission

Fill out the SDSC Proposal Intake Form as soon as you decide that you want to submit a proposal. This will help us gather the information we need to assist you with your proposal. Your SDSC proposal lead will be in touch with you after your form submission is received.

Proposal Review and Timely Submission:

To ensure compliance with OCGA’s timely submission policy, refer to the table below outlining SDSC Business Office requirements and deadlines.  

NOTE: review and risk levels* of all SDSC proposals are tracked by the Business Office.

**Complex Proposals also include large-scale/multi-project proposals (e.g., NIH Program Project Center Grants (Pxx), Cooperative Agreements (Uxx), proposals with multiple subawards), government contract proposals, and/or proposals that require review/acceptance of terms and conditions at time of proposal.
