Handling SDSC Visit Requests

SDSC regularly receives visit requests from K-12 programs, collaborators, prospective faculty, funding agencies, government officials, and other external contacts. This policy is designed to help SDSC team members respond appropriately and route requests to the right people to help ensure our center and spaces remain secure and follow access policies.

Routing Visit Inquiries

If you receive a visit or ‘tour’ request from someone outside SDSC, route it to the Education and Outreach Team (EOT). EOT members are available to meet with visitors and can respond to inquiries regarding access policies, visitor registration, and other coordination. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the visit date.

The Data Center never allows:

If you have an inquiry for a general SDSC visit, please contact the Education and Outreach Team.
