  3. Ask your Fund Manager to set up your award profile.

Business Reporting and Analysis Tools

  1. Confirm that you have an SDSC Unix account.
  2. Send email to the DSA requesting access.

FinancialLink, TritonLink, or IFIS

  1. Register for your UCSD Single-Sign-On account (see below).
  2. Fill out a Request for Access to UCSD Business Systems.
  3. Complete all required training.
  4. Submit the form to the DSA.

Marketplace, Mytime, or Performance Evaluation

  1. Register for your UCSD Single-Sign-On account (see below).

SDSC Unix Account

  1. Submit an account request.

UCSD Data Warehouse

  1. Register for your UCSD Single-Sign-On account (see below).
  2. Log into AccessLink. (You may need to connect via UCSD VPN.)
  3. On the DB2 tab, find the access group you need. (Click on the group name for a list of tables to which this group has access).
  4. Click on the word 'NO' in the corresponding column to change it to 'YES'. You may request more than one at a time.
  5. Enter a detailed justification in the comment field - this will be used by campus Data Stewards to determine if access is appropriate for your needs/job requirements.

If you are in the UCSD Payroll system

  1. Self-register on Blink.  Note: you must have a working @ucsd.edu email address to complete the process.

Access includes At Your Service, MarketPlace, MyEvents, MyLeaveBalances, MyTime, MyTravel, Staff Education.

If you are not in the UCSD Payroll system

  1. Contact HR to sign up as a visitor affiliate.
  2. Have your SDSC sponsor send email to the DSA requesting an affiliate account for you.

Access includes Staff Education.
